Systems support for schools, nurseries and colleges. Predominately Microsoft networks and site based working for clients in and around Buckingham.
- On-site scheduled Technician Days carrying out 1st / 2nd Line Support Tasks
- Respond to Helpdesk requests both on site and remotely
- Server/ Network Troubleshooting
- Hardware and software repairs
- Deployment of hardware and software
- Carry out network documentation and reporting
- Assisting with customer sales requests
- Provide technical guidance and support to schools
- Logging, investigating and resolving user support cases
- Fixing and installing hardware and software
- Management of active directory
- Management of Office 365 and G-Suite
- Creating and rolling out software and security policies site wide
- Performing updates and patches for servers and management information system software
- Firewall administration including configuration of rules
- Mobile device management.
- Liaising with management teams to define and plan IT projects in line with the organisation’s strategy
- Delivering monthly status reports regarding progress of IT projects and support cases to management teams
