Joiner – Full Time – North Wales

We are looking for an experienced Joiner to join our voids social housing team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference by improving void properties and ensuring homes are ready to move into. Immediate start available. The role is available for any joiner within a 40 mile radius of Wrexham.

What’s on offer?

• Rate of pay: £175 - £195 (Umbrella)
• Contract type: Ongoing temporary contract
• Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, Weekend work available if wanted)
• Work pattern: Field-based, covering void properties
• Start date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out joinery works including fitting skirts, architraves, and hanging doors
• Undertake basic multi-trade tasks such as patch plastering and fitting splashbacks where required
• Ensure all void properties are refurbished to a high standard
• Work to deadlines to meet turnaround targets on void housing stock
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

About you

• Strong joinery background ideally within experience in social housing
• Confident working on void properties with the ability to complete tasks to a high standard
• Ability to carry out basic multi-trade tasks (patch plastering)
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage your own workload effectively
• Own Van and own tools required
