Junior IT Project Manager

Location: Bath (hybrid working)

Length: 3+ months

Daily Rate: £25.37 - £26.82 an hour via umbrella

Our NHS client in Bath urgently require an enthusiastic Junior IT Project Manager for an ongoing temporary basis for a 3 month contract initially.

Duties:

• Work with various teams across the organisation to identify IT requirements to support the operational model (network, devices, telephone etc.)
• Provide assistance, advice and fault resolution to users, and provide expert IT advice to staff
• Provide IT training and advice to staff on current or new IT
• Assist with general systems support
• Ensure IT policies and procedures are produced and regularly maintained
• Provide assistance, advice, and fault resolution to users of ICT equipment, systems and network
• Create new knowledge articles as required

Experience:

• Experience working in a fast-paced IT environment, able to develop and implements technology strategies
• Understand how integrated teams work in a location whether in a location, virtual or a mix
• Thorough understanding of modern IT systems/technologies
• Experience analysing, interpreting, solving and explaining system issues
