Junior Technical Support Officer – Darlington

Venn Group’s North East IT team are recruiting for enthusiastic Junior Technical Support Officer’s to join a busy and growing technical support team to gain a thorough understanding of IT Support and provide assistance for an exciting ongoing project!    

Location:            Darlington

Rate:                   £10 – 11 per hour (dependant on PAYE or Umbrella)

Duration:            3 months initially
Start:                  Immediate

Day to day duties:

• Manage queues and records through a service desk system
• Have an understanding of PC builds, installs and deployment
• Perform OS and application installs
• Have experience of installing & configuring hardware & software
• Perform troubleshooting of hardware and software
• Have excellent Customer Focus skills
• Be able to deliver first class customer care on the delivery of client’s requests and the resolution of incidents
• Be a fast learner
• Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
