Learning and Development Business Partner
An exciting position has arisen for a Learning and Development Business Partner to join the HR team at a well-known Charity that provides a wide range of community services. This is an excellent opportunity for a Learning and Development professional to be responsible for the delivery of the organisation-wide Learning and Development Strategy
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Responsible for the delivery of the organisation-wide Learning and Development Strategy that ensures that our staff are highly skilled, expert practitioners in supporting service users
- Support the design, delivery, and review of our learning development programme
- Design both face to face and digital/virtual learning, career plans and workshops
- Create a yearly training plan, ensuring all staff members have individual learning plans / training and development plans
- Deliver key training projects working closely with colleagues to identify skills gaps, creating training where there is the need
- Facilitate different learning channels, face to face, group, blended or digital modes of training
- Manage relationships with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability
Ideal candidate profile:
- Experience of working with senior managers to deliver strategic goals and objectives
- Track record of delivering a successful learning and development programme
- Ability to use analytics, problem solve and advise on appropriate learning solutions to meet organisational and individual needs
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience working within the Social Care or Charity Sector (Essential)
- CIPD qualified or relevant experience in the field of Learning & Development or willingness to develop further (Desirable)

Working pattern: 4 days per week on site
