Learning and Engagement Officer Vacancy Available
Rate: £33,699 per annum
Venn Group are currently working with an organisation based in South Tyneside who are seeking a Learning and Engagement Officer to start with them on a 12-month fixed term contract and they are offering a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote per week).
Main duties of the job:
- Play a key role in supporting the implementation of a transformational programme to update their HR and finance systems
- Working with the project leads for engagement, communication and training, this role is pivotal in ensuring the effective use of the systems
- Lead and support the design, delivery, and evaluation of impactful learning and training initiatives, including workshops and training programmes
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Managers, employees, regional colleagues and partners
- Contribute to the delivery of the People Strategy which supports the Council’s Change Programme
