Senior Leasehold Manager vacancy waiting to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available
Position: Senior Leasehold Manager
Location: North West/ East England
Rate: £25-28 per hour (Umbrella rate)
Hours: 35 hours p/week
Length: 8 weeks
The role will predominantly involve:
- Responsible for managing a team of 2-3 Senior Leasing Managers
- Managing a diverse range of leasehold tenure types throughout the North depending on location
- Dealing with any shared ownership issues that may a rise
- Attending site visits, creating inspection reports
- Meeting potential tenants to provide property viewings, answering any queries and signing up tenants on a short hold tenancy basis
- Completing the tenancy sign up process from start to finish
- Liaising with the voids team regarding any issues when a void property becoming available including clearing the property and any repairs or maintenance that is required
- Liaising with contractors on a daily basis with such issues as general repairs, window cleaning and gardening tenders
- Attending meetings with contractors, took specifications and carried out follow up visits
- Managing budgets, repairs, common areas and arranging monthly meetings with tenants to discuss any planned maintenance or issues
- Carried out Health & safety assessments, fire risk assessments, emergency lighting and electrical inspections on a regular basis making sure they adhered to present legalisation
The successful candidate must have an DBS, drive and have experience within doing a similar role previously and people management
