Legal Business Support Officer (Temporary Contract) – Hybrid Working – 3 Months Initially – Between £11 - £14 per hour Umbrella – ASAP Start – West Midlands
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are excited to be recruiting for a Legal Business Support Officer to join a Local Authority in the West Midlands. Although predominantly remote occasional office presence will be required (up to 2 days per week).
The position is for an initial period of three months with the likely scope to be extended thereafter. The client is ideally seeking a full time candidate who has a Law degree and experience of working in an office setting carrying out administrative work. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking for an entry into Law and support and the relevant training will be provided.
Duties may include:
- Carrying out general administrative support using Word and Excel
- Supporting the team with any photocopying and filing that is required
- Working with a case management system and ensuring matters are dealt with appropriately and efficiently
- Confidently communicating with all levels of staff and proactively liaising with clients and other third parties as required.
An attractive hourly rate of up to £14 per hour Umbrella is offered for this position dependant on experience.
