Legal Cashier Vacancy Available

Rate: £30,000 - £33,000 per year

Venn Group are currently working with a law firm based in Denbighshire who are looking to bring in a Legal Cashier on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Recording on to the accounts system all financial transactions
Processing requisitions via Case Management system
Preparing financial reports and accounts
Liaising with Accounts Assistant with regard to tasks
Compiling and completing quarterly VAT returns (MTD) via Case Management system
Liaising with Bank as instructed and attending to the banking of cheques
Balancing/reconciling office and client bank accounts in accordance with SRA rules
Reconciling outstanding ledgers as requiredOpening/maintaining client deposit monies in accordance with Law Society rules
Liaising with Practice Manager and Partners as necessary
