Venn Group is working with a renowned broadcasting corporation to recruit for a Legal Personal Assistant on a 6 months interim contract.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Provide PA and administrative support to two in-house Legal teams
- Organise complex diaries for internal and external meetings
- Book venues, travel and accommodation
- Inbox management, including flagging urgent emails and ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner
- Type and amend documents
- Arrange payment of invoices
- Maintain databases and websites
- Manage the on duty lawyer rota
Ideal candidate profile:
- Prior experience in a legal administrative role, including using a legal document management system
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using iManage Filesite and Sharepoint
- Excellent organisation skills, with experience working to tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels
