Responsibilities for the Legal Practice Manager:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the council, ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all administrative and support systems.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
- Monitor and manage council files and documentation, ensuring consistent organization and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Coordinate and oversee the council's financial operations, including budgeting, expenditure management, and financial reporting.
- Manage human resource functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment for council staff.
- Serve as a liaison between council members and support staff, promoting strong collaboration and communication within the team.
- Stay updated on relevant industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance overall council performance.
