Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy Residential Property team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment within a well-established law firm in Greater Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing full secretarial support to the Residential Property team

Audio and copy typing of legal documents, correspondence, and forms (including Land Registry and SDLT submissions)

Diary management and appointment scheduling

Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third parties by phone and email

Assisting with file management and general administrative tasks
Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary in a Residential Property department

Excellent typing and IT skills (Microsoft Office, case management systems)

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload

A professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
-
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
