We have a fantastic opportunity to join a Local Authority in the Northwest as an Adult Social Care Locum. The client is looking for someone to start on a remote, part-time basis for 3 months initially, whilst they look to recruit permanently. The ideal candidate will be able to commit to 3 days a week – however alternative working arrangements can be considered.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling a full caseload of Adult Social Care files
- Dealing with Court of Protection, Deprivation of Liberty and Mental Health matters
- Handle Ordinary Residence issues
- Provide general advice
Recent Adult Social Care experience is essential, as they need candidates that can hit the ground running.Candidates must have worked in a Local Authority. Candidates will need to be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
