Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer

Venn Group are working with a North West local authority in search for a Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor.

This role will involve remote advocacy, and the successful candidate will need to hold litigation rights.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling a full caseload of complex Adult Social Care files
• Dealing with Court of Protection, Deprivation of Liberty and Mental Health matters
• Handling Ordinary Residence issues
• Providing general advice

Start: ASAP (can accommodate notice periods)

Duration: 3-month rolling contract

Working Arrangement: 30-37.5 hours per week, can consider fully remote

Rate: £60-65 per hour, umbrella
