Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a Local Authority in the Northwest as an Adult Social Care Locum. The client is looking for someone to start on a remote, full-time basis for 6 months initially, whilst they look to recruit permanently. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team and working within a local authority.

Main Responsibilities:

• Dealing with Ordinary Residence disputes and Section 21A challenges
• Court of Protection Welfare applications

Recent Adult Social Care experience is essential, as they need candidates that can hit the ground running. Advocacy would be advantageous. Candidates will need to be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister.

Hourly rate: £55-60 per hour, umbrella (dependent on experience)
