Inside IR35 – Locum Childcare Lawyer – North West

Venn Group’s expert Legal Team are pleased to be recruiting for a Locum Childcare Lawyer to join an established North West Local Authority. The assignment will initially run until the 31^st March 2024 with a strong likelihood of extension.

This role will ideally be fulfilled on a hybrid basis with travel required on a weekly basis. However, the client is willing to negotiate on this and is open to reviewing the CV’s of those who wish to work on a remote basis. They are ideally seeking someone on a full-time basis, (37 hours) however part time applicants will be considered.  

The workload will consist of handling discharge of care applications for children who are in kinship arrangements.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX with recent Childcare experience within a Local Authority.
