Job Title: Commercial Solicitor (Outside IR35)
Location: Midlands Council
Hours: 15 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Solicitor to join a Midlands-based local authority. This role will focus primarily on providing legal support for their Oracle Fusion project, with a strong emphasis on commercial contracts and public sector compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage legal aspects of the Oracle Fusion project.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Provide guidance on public sector legal issues and procurement.
