Locum Employment Lawyer – Central London – Highly regarded Local Authority
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with a highly regarded Local Authority in the centre of London, who are recruiting for a Locum Employment Lawyer to join their successful legal team.
This is a full-time assignment, offering an ongoing contract that will be extended every 3 months and with the option to be worked on a remote basis. The client is considering office presence in the future however if this is not possible, this can be discussed with the client. They are keen to secure the right candidate and are willing to be flexible if necessary.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to become part of a highly regarded Local Authority with some of the highest quality work in the country.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, and it is essential that the successful candidate will be able to:
- Prepare and processing all legal documents, including agreements relevant to the work
- Present cases before courts and tribunals where the post holder has a right of audience on all matters in relation to the work of the council
An hourly rate starting at £35 per hour umbrella is offered for this position, dependent upon experience, which can be negotiated.
