Locum Housing Litigation Paralegal – Predominantly Remote Working – Up to £20 per hour Umbrella – Home Counties
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with an ambitious Local Authority in the Home Counties region who are recruiting for a Locum Housing Litigation Paralegal to join their department.
Expected duration: 3 months +
Hourly rate: Up to £20 per hour Umbrella (dependant on experience)
Skill level: Legal Assistant/Paralegal
Working pattern: Predominantly remote working with occasional office presence required & Full Time candidates are preferred. Part time candidates who possess the relevant experience may still be considered so are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority or Private Practice with a bias for Social Housing and Disrepair matters.
Duties may include:
- Providing support to Lawyers on a number of cases
- Drafting documents and correspondence
- Researching and preparing applications
- Dealing with residential and commercial conveyancing leases
- Providing license and general property advice
- Ensuring a high level of legal service is upheld when dealing with clients
- Complying with practise management requirements such as billing and time recording
An hourly rate of up to £20 per hour Umbrella will be offered for this position dependent upon experience.
