The Opportunity
The University is seeking an Executive Assistant to work closely with senior leaders at the University in a highly productive environment.
You will provide a full confidential support service to members of the University as well as being part of the wider Executive Team.
You will be responsible for duties which include:
- Management of diaries
- Co-ordinating events
- Project Co-ordinator
- Administering finance processes
- Responsible for committee services and occasional out of hours support to optimise the university deliverables.
This position is ideal for someone who has experience of supporting at an executive level, preferably in a large and complex organisation.

The Requirements
- Offer confidential support to staff members as well as the wider Executive Services team displaying discretion and integrity in dealing with reputationally sensitive information.
- Responsible for diary management and upcoming deadlines.
- Work closely with team members to provide an occasional on-call support provision out of office hours to ensure that University members can focus on matters of strategic importance.
- Lead comprehensive support on strategic level meetings displaying excellent organisational skills, high quality minutes and actions, as well as make connections across the business to ensure high quality, insightful decision making is carried out.
- Act as a support unit to Vice Chancellor, Executive Services, whilst acting as a positive ambassador for the University.
- Research and provide relevant comprehensive briefing material, prepare draft documents such as presentations, meeting papers and correspondence , ensuring all completed to a consistently high standard.
