Rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella
Working Hours: Part Time (Up to 3 days per week), Hybrid Working (Committee attendance compulsory on Tuesday afternoons once a month)
 
Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Council based in the Midlands in the search for an experienced Locum Planning Lawyer.  This is a part-time position where you will be handling a variety of planning matters.

Duties may include:

• Negotiating and drafting a range of legal documents including section 106 agreements and section 38 and 278 agreements
• Building relationships with the Organisation’s clients and partnerships to optimise the provision of legal services
• To provide high level/professional advice and guidance on planning and associated legal matters
• Dealing with enforcement advice matters relating to planning law

This post is part-time (up to 3 days per week) on a hybrid basis offering up to £60 per hour Umbrella.
