Locum Property Legal Officer

Venn Group are currently seeking a Locum Property Legal Officer on behalf of a local authority in the North West.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 3-month rolling contract

Working Arrangement: 30-37 hours per week, remote with office attendance 1 day per week

Rate: £30-35 per hour, umbrella

Duties may include:

• Managing a caseload of Right to Buy matters from application through to completion, including drafting Section 125 Notices, transfer deeds and leases
• Advising on Right to Buy eligibility, title issues, leasehold matters, discount repayment, buy-backs and statutory compliance
• Dealing with wider property and landlord & tenant matters relating to retained housing stock, including licences, variations, and general conveyancing queries
