Locum Residential Property Opportunity – Hampshire

We are collaborating with a well-respected law firm with multiple offices in Hampshire. They are seeking interim support to bridge the gap between a solicitor's departure and the start of a new hire in mid-October

They are open to a varied level of experience, this opportunity has a high likelihood of extension to assist with the handover process.

Start Date: 26^th August 2024

End Date: 11^th October 2024 (strong possibility of extension)

Duties:

• Manage a diverse Residential Property caseload
• Focus on handling sales and cash purchases
• Process re-mortgages and verify sources of funds
• Full-time role, with a hybrid working arrangement
• Offering rates of £45-£50 per hour
