M&E Project Manager

Venn Group are working with a large client in SE London to recruit for an M&E Project Manager to focus on statutory compliance checks.

Daily Rate: £400 Umbrella (Inside IR35)

Length: 3-6 months +

Location: SE London (Various)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

. Ensuring Statutory compliance is up to date for a range of commercial buildings and monitoring when checks are due, this will include fixed wiring and electrical elements, fire alarm testing, lifts, emergency light testing, gas, asbestos

. Ensuring contractors remain compliant, updating systems accordingly

. Supporting surveyors on small project works, reporting back on contractors and overseeing several minor works projects on-site

. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

The successful candidate will have:

. A full driving license and access to their own vehicle as they will be required to travel to various sites
