Senior Engineer/Estates Manager

Venn Group are supporting a private-sector client by recruiting to a permanent Senior Engineer (Estates Manager).

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

Location: Central London

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

. ensuring all Mechanical & Engineering (M&E) reactive and Proactive and Preventative Maintenance (PPM) are completed and managed to ensure a high quality of workmanship and building management is maintained and delivered

. acting as first line support for all M&E issues and escalate to external contractors as needed

. overseeing all contractors coming into the building and making sure that the required tasks and all works are completed to a high standard

. ensuring compliance with relevant standards, updating records to reflect the status of maintenance and record all engineering sheets and information

The successful candidate will have:

. Engineering/Maintenance/Estates background
