Maintenance Manager
Venn Group are supporting an organisation based in Berkshire with the recruitment of a Maintenance Manager to support and lead their electrical team.
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 3 months initially
- Hourly Rate: £21.00 - £28.00 via an FCSA approved Umbrella Company
- Location: Berkshire
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervise a multi-skilled team across a vast site
- Promote staff training and development
- Coordinate the team for handovers and rotas
- Ensure reports and logs remain up to date
- Complete reactive works when necessary
- Ensure reactive repairs are carried out in an efficient time frame including, fault finding, wiring, testing, remedial works
The successful candidate will have:
- Electrical bias / background with relevant qualification
- Management experience
