Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf of an organisation in East Hertfordshire.
The role will play a key business partner role within several business units to provide vital professional advice, support, and influence on financial issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide financial and business advice to senior staff through written briefings, reports and input at meetings
- Prepare detailed budgets and forecasts within agreed strategic objectives and within the predetermined timetable
- Complete the preparation of monthly management accounts to aid decision making within the predetermined timetable
- Assist in preparing Financial Statements in accordance with professional accounting rules and concepts to meet accounting policies and statutory reporting requirements
- Monitor and control adherence to statutory and corporate financial policy and procedures
To be considered for the position you must be at least CIMA/ACCA part qualified with demonstrable knowledge in management accounting and business partnering experience.
