We have partnered with a housing charity to recruit for a permanent Management Accountant. You will work with the Head of Financial Planning and Performance, and you will be responsible for preparing, developing and analysing financial information, including Management Accounts, to allow the organisation to make well-informed decisions to ensure future stability and growth. You will be required to go onsite twice per week to Hatfield, and the role is full time Monday - Friday.
Your duties will include:
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting process
- Producing high quality financial information and analytics to monitor performance against budget and forecast
- Creating written reports to trustees covering the financial performance and variance analysis
- Providing financial expertise, guidance and support across the organisation as required, challenging and influencing existing practice where required
To be considered, you will need to be CCAB fully/part qualified and demonstrate substantial experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Housing/ Charity SORP is desirable.
