**New Opportunity – Communications and Marketing Partner**

Venn Group are working with a fast-growing social housing organisation based in Kent, who are looking to recruit a Communications and Marketing Partner to start as soon as possible.

The successful Communications and Marketing Partner will be joining an established and respectable organisation, with exciting expansion prospects.

Title: Communications and Marketing Partner  

Location: West Kent

Salary: £17-22 per hour  

Hours: Full time

Contract : 8 week contract

Role Duties:

• Support the Head of Marketing and Communications in the delivery of campaigns in line with the communications and marketing strategy
• Support in the delivery of communications to residents, stakeholders and employees via content through the intranet, MS Teams, all staff emails, web, PR and social
• Work with colleagues to produce new stories for both internal and external audiences
• Report on team’s performance across digital, social and internal channels

Essential Skills

• Experience delivering communications and marketing functions including campaigns delivered to an OASIS, ROSIE or equivalent framework
• Experience in a communications, PR, marketing or equivalent role
• Experience managing content for websites and social media
• Ability to develop and execute communications and marketing strategies
• Experience working with creative agencies on specific briefs
• Experience managing multiple deadlines

Desirable Skills

• Degree or CIPR, CIM or PRCA qualification
• Marcoms experience in the housing sector
• Experience delivering campaigns in OASIS or ROSIE models
• Content management qualification
• Qualifications in Adobe Creative Suite
