Marketing Executive

The Central Government team at Venn Group are urgently seeking an experienced and dedicated Marketing Executive for our client, a recognised Central Government organisation where the purpose of the role is to help the team plan, implement and evaluate behaviour change campaigns across multiple channels to improve how their schemes are run.
Position: Marketing Executive
Salary: £27,410
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Hybrid Working (Brighton/Remote)
Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Plan effective multi-channel marketing campaigns, both low and no cost
- Proactively seek out takeaways from behavioural insights and industry best-practice to apply within direct marketing, advertising and digital channels
- Brief creative and media agencies and internal colleagues using your stakeholder management skills, to develop campaigns which can positively change behaviour
- Project manage the delivery of agreed communications and working plans to agreed timelines and sign off processes
- Use our email service provider Dynamics 365 to write, build and deliver large-scale email marketing campaigns
- Ensure that appropriate approvals are obtained for each stage of campaign
- Work across the organisation to develop a pipeline of future work
- Evaluate campaigns using the GCS evaluation framework to produce useful takeaways for future campaigns
Requirements:
- Experience of targeting, delivering and evaluating marketing communications campaigns
- Hands-on experience of delivering targeted email marketing and digital campaigns
- Understanding of the range of channels available to support behaviour changes campaigns (including email, social media partnerships, advertising and PR
- Experience of using insight to tailor communications messages or campaigns
