Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Medical Negligence Locum to join a private practice in Cheshire on a locum basis.

The client is ideally looking for someone who is immediately available, and can provide interim support to the firm on an on-going basis.

The position is on a full time basis, where the successful candidate will be able to attend the office on a hybrid basis.

This is a position suited to someone with the ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, and a minimum of 6 years PQE.

Duties:

• Deal with range of matters to include medical malpractice, misdiagnosis, surgical errors, birth injuries, brain and spinal injuries and amputations
• Responsible for managing own caseload, and have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training and mentoring

Rate: Dependent on prior experience (outside IR35)
