Microsoft 365 (M365) Administrator
Location: West Yorkshire (Hybrid Working)
Venn Group are working in partnership with a respected public sector organisation to recruit an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator, with a particular focus on SharePoint administration and experience across the Power Platform suite.
This role is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-impact organisation, supporting the delivery of digital collaboration tools that improve ways of working across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure, manage and optimise Microsoft 365 applications (especially SharePoint Online)

Support and train end-users across the M365 suite and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

Enable effective collaboration via Teams and SharePoint
-
Manage identity and access controls within M365
-
Build automation scripts using PowerShell and Power Automate
-
Develop basic Power Apps and integrate Power Platform into SharePoint workflows
-
Lead on SharePoint configuration and document management

Support data migration projects into M365 and SharePoint

Monitor and report on system performance, security and usage trends
Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in M365 and SharePoint administration and deployment

Hands-on expertise in Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps)

SharePoint certification or equivalent practical experience

Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills

Proactive approach to continuous improvement
Desirable (but not essential):

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals

Microsoft Power Platform App Maker (PL-100) certification
