Venn Group has been approached by a local contractor to recruit for a Multi Skilled Joiner on a temporary ongoing contract in Greater Manchester.
The duties will include:
Carrying out work on void properties
All aspects of joinery including work in kitchen fitting and work in other living spaces
Basic tiling, painting and plumbing
Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
Previous experience in Social Housing
Driving Licence (van & fuel card provided)
Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery
