Job Title: Multi-Trade Joiner

Venn Group has been approached by an established Housing Contractor in Blackpool to recruit for a Multi-trade Joiner on a temporary to permanent basis.

As the successful candidate, you will have experience working in a similar role, ideally within social housing settings.

Key Duties Include:

• Carrying out 1st & 2nd fix plumbing 

•  Repair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring

• Working on tenanted properties

• Repair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling

• Basic patch plastering 

• Basic tiling and painting tasks

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Joinery/Plumbing (or equivalent)

• experience working as a multi-trade Plumber within the social housing sector 

• CSCS Card

• Full UK Driving Licence
