Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association to recruit for a Multi-skilled Plumber on a temporary to Permanent contract in Preston
As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Plumber.
The duties will include:
- Repairs on tenanted social housing properties
- Complete works including all aspects of Plumbing
- Carry out repsonsice repairs using PDA systems
- Complete aspects of basic patch plastering, painting and basic joinery
- Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- NVQ level 2 in Plumbing
- Driving Licence (van & fuel card provided)
- Previous experience within Social Housing or domestic properties
