Multiple Positions Capital Department

Venn Group is currently for a Capital Project Manager based in Wolverhampton.  The candidate ideally needs to be from an engineering background, either in Mechanical, electrical or building fabric.  Please see a rough overview below

Capital Project Manager

• Take the lead in the preparation of significant strategic business cases & ensuring the preparation of progress reports across all capital work streams applicable to the agreed capital programme
• Monitor cost of a portfolio of projects and provide outturn cost plans, cash flow forecasts and projected final accounts
• Advise clinical leads on a number of options available in order to meet a project brief and to manage expectations in order to provide efficient patient care and demonstrate best practice and value for money
• To communicate Project Updates regularly with information to include design options, detailed design, financial information, Contract options, information, and programmes to Senior Managers, Estates staff and the relevant Trust Boards to obtain approvals to proceed and funding
• To instruct and oversee that the Estates Operational and Capital Co-ordinator implements legislation updates and amendments into Project processes and procedures
