Venn Group is working with a Local Authority in London to recruit an interim NEC Housing System Trainer to help deliver training and user support on the NEC Housing implementation at the Council. The NEC Housing System Trainer will support on-going training and use of the already onboarded modules but will specifically be responsible for delivering training on new modules to be implemented, which include but are not limited to: Asbestos Register, Asset Management, Choice Based Lettings.
Key Skills and Experience required of the NEC Housing System Trainer:
- Knowledge of housing within a local authority, preferably within London
- Experience of training delivery for NEC Housing (previously Northgate)
- Assist with development of training materials and aids
- Experience of classroom and virtual training
- In depth experience of using MS teams
- Providing support for end users - dealing with ServiceNow requests
- Planning training dates, venues, user management
- Training needs analysis and session design
- Course outlines
- Communication skills, helping users in their daily use of the system
