Neighbourhood Officer vacancy waiting to be filled - immediate start! 

Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:          Neighbourhood Officer

Location:         Leeds (Beeston)

Rate:               Negotiable depending on experience 

Length:            4 weeks initially with possibility to extend 

Hours:              37.5 hours p/week

Key Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the complete housing and neighbourhood management of a patch of 250-300 properties 
• Carry out periodic home visits to tenants to ensure their tenancy let runs as smoothly as possible and dealing with any issues that arise
• Work closely with other teams and departments to ensure effective service delivery to customers 
• Effectively deal with complaints 

To be considered for this role you will need to be available to start within one week and have experience within the social housing sector
