Housing Neighbourhoods Officer Immediately Required
Duration: 2 Months
Location: 1 X day in Stratford-Upon-Avon, 2 X Days home working with travel to the following locations Rugby, Leamington Spa and Warwick to cover patch work
Hours: 22.5 hours per working week
Pay Rate: £22.50 via Umbrella
An opening has arisen for a Housing Neighbourhoods Officer within a large Housing Association. This position shall be part time with one day based in Stratford-Upon-Avon and the following 2 days home working with travel to patches.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Focus on ASB and simpler aspects of the below duties
- Make a difference to our customers and communities by early intervention, regular contact and pro-active estate management
- Enforce tenancy conditions in line with agreements, policies and standards, with an early intervention and prevention ethos
- Minimise voids by coordinating the allocations and referral process
- Manage the letting process of homes for customers whether they are relets or new homes thus maximising organisations rental income and minimise loss
- Responsible for the signing up of new customers including new sign up and tenancy management visits
- Maximise the usage and completeness of customer data
- Review individual customer needs to identify cases where intensive tenancy support is required, including securing external support where required
- Maximise rental income by supporting the income management process by carrying out face-to-face meetings and attending Court to present cases in line with organisations process and Court protocols
- Manage low level ASB to successful conclusions.
- Positive customer engagement and efficient resolution of customer expressions of dissatisfaction or complaints
- Respond to customer feedback and deliver excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
- Review performance and make continuous improvements for the benefits of the schemes, customers, including regeneration projects
- Ensure service standards are maintained by following the organisations policies and procedure
The successful candidate will have:
- An Enhanced DBS
- Previous experience working in this position
- Drive with access to a vehicle
