I am working with an NHS organisation in South Wales, who are urgently looking for an experienced NHS Complaints Lead to join them on a contract basis.
This will be a 3 - 6 month contract, and would be 3 days remote and 2 days on-site each week.
This position is to support with operational management of complaints, compliments, incidents and feedback, working closely with the Patient Experience Manager to provide expert advice on patient experience regulations.
Please note that due to the nature of this role, NHS PE experience is essential.
