Night Concierge

Night Concierge Required 

Location:  Gloucestershire (Travel between Gloucester, Cheltenham and Stroud)

Duration:   3 months +

Hours: Flexible (8pm – 8am)

Start Date: ASAP

 The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensure supported accommodation services are securely managed
• Ensure all Service users, colleagues, visitors and contractors always feel safe and secure
• Regularly monitor CCTV systems
• Patrol different accommodations at regular intervals
• Challenge behaviour of service users in a person-centered way by negotiating and influencing them to make the right decisions
• De-escalate any ASB situations by working holistically and in a person-centered way
• Ensure the company’s tenancy and house rules are adhered to and ensure services are managed in a consistent way
• Ensure accurate recording of the night’s activity is kept up-to-date and handed over to day staff correctly
• Act as a first point of contact in the event of emergencies and ensure relevant authorities are contacted
• Ensure all health and safety checks are carried out and that all accommodations are safe

The successful candidate will have: 

• Full UK Drivers License
• Enhanced DBS
