The Ops Hub is led by The Director of Emergency Care Improvement who works closely with Chair of the Emergency Care and Trauma Clinical Board and is Programme Lead for the transformation of UEC pathways. This work includes liaising closely with the wider system on the transformation of pathways across the system.
The service manager role has been created to work with the Director of Emergency Care improvement to manage the Ops Hub in the delivery of UEC performance monitoring, provide challenge into the system and to contribute to the improvement agenda.
If you have operational experience within an acute environment and would like the opportunity to help shape the emergency performance of the largest ED provider in London, then this is the job for you!
