Building Surveyor Project Manager 

Venn Group are working with a London-based healthcare organisation to secure the services of a Building Serveyor Project Manager. The main function of the role is to liaise with stakeholders across the organisations sites to update or produce a detailed building fabric condition evaluation using the trust CAFM system.

Hourly Rate: £27 - £35 per hour

Length: 3 months +

Location: London

The successful candidate will:

• Verify existing asset surveys and update where required, including the addition or amendment to condition ranking and estimate life span remaining.

• Estimation and costing of backlog maintenance and life cycle plans where required.

• Measured surveys (minor) of any alterations and/or missing plans.

• Production or alteration plans in AutoCAD (2D).

• Production of 6 facet survey rating based on information gathered.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in condition surveying and competence in building surveying and M&E

• Worked within a property environment

• Use of own vehicle

• Familiar with and knowledge of lifecycle planning

• Independent and able to manage own workload

• Good communication skills

• IT literate

• Knowledge of AutoCAD (2D)

• Knowledge of CAFM systems beneficial.
