PA to CEO
An exciting position has arisen for a Personal Assistant / Office Support to work for an excellent Support Services Charity based in Putney. The postholder will be providing effective administrative support to the senior leadership team, including the CEO.
Job Responsibilities:
- To provide secretarial support to the SLT including the Chief Executive including diary co-ordination and prioritisation of workload
- Organising and facilitating senior leadership team meetings
- Provide meeting arrangements including scheduling and invitations as required
- Arranging SLT visits to services
- To be a point of contact for all internal and external enquiries to the Senior Leadership Team dealing courteously
- To produce high standard professional documents, reports, correspondence and presentations for or in conjunction with the SLT members including drafting, proof reading and checking documents
- To book conference rooms for key meetings with SLT and Trustees
- Arranging and booking travel and accommodation
- To ensure delegated compliance checks are completed within the necessary timeframes
- Taking minutes in key meetings and taking drafting committee papers
- Ensure the office manual is kept up to date at all times
Essential Profile:
- At least 3 years’ experience in an EA/PA role
- Experience of minute taking in SLT meetings
- Extensive office administration experience
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Length: Permanent
Working Pattern: 4 days per week on site / 1 day per week from home
Hours: 35 per week
