An exciting position has arisen for a Payroll and Pensions Manager to join a sector leading Regulatory Body at the forefront of Healthcare research.
The postholder will be responsible for accurately processing Payroll on a monthly basis along with employee benefits as well as having a close relationship with the Payroll third party provider.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Processing the monthly in-house Payroll of over 300 staff
- Managing the payroll and pensions operations whilst continually reviewing processes and working practices
- Checking midlands HR reconciliations
- Managing internal Payroll issues for employees
- Carrying out various Payroll related projects
- Processing Company pensions and advising staff on benefits
- Providing an excellent customer service
- Meeting HMRC arrangements
Ideal candidate profile:
- At least 5 years experience in Payroll
- Extensive experience managing monthly payroll in a stand alone environment
- Excellent customer service experience
