Payroll & Pensions Manager waiting to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by an NHS Trust and would like to introduce the following positions available
Position: Payroll & Pensions Manager
Location: Grimsby
Rate: £33,400 - £36,800
Length: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours p/week Site Based
The role will predominantly involve:
- Responsible for managing the Payroll function serving the companies group, including salary, pension and expenses; handling starters, leavers, contract changes and tax code adjustments
- Manage a payroll of 3 people covering over 5000+ Employees
- Ensure Accurate month and annual returns for all pension schemes, within given timeframe
- Dealing with internal and external queries
- Generate reports manually and from data bases
- Check accuracy of amendments to the payroll
- Provide advice to managers, the culture team and staff on various payroll and pension matters
- Review and maintain service standards within the payroll team
- Work alongside the Senior Accountant and payroll providers to ensure correct system setup
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, and be available at short notice.
