Payroll Officer role waiting to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by a Public Sector Company, and would like to introduce the following available position
Position: Payroll Officer
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Length: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours p/week
The role will predominantly involve:
To contribute to systematic checks of permanent information held electronically and by other mediums, to ensure that it is valid and correct
Understand and implement agreements relating to pay, conditions of service (such as Agenda for Change) and pension regulations.
Liaise with other members of Finance and the Training departments to resolve queries which may occur.
Liaise when appropriate with employees, managers and outside agencies on matters relating to role, ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with politely
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, and be available at short notice.
