Payroll and Pensions Administration Manager

A position has arisen for a Payroll and Pensions Administration Manager to work for a large Charity in Central London
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Job Role entails:
- Lead, manage and mentor the Payroll and Pensions Administration Team (7 reports)
- Act as main point of contact for pension providers
- Develop, implement, and maintain delivery against monthly timetables and processes that deliver effective pension and payroll services in line with all compliance and regulatory requirements
- Prepare monthly and annual tax returns for HMRC along with any associated calculations and arrange payment of NI contributions
- Provide a breadth of reporting and agreed KPIs for the departments’ services
- Develop trusted relationships with the relevant stakeholders of the department and ensure timely responses to all pension and payroll queries
- Monitor exception reporting for unexpected zero contributions and other potential issues
The successful candidate MUST:
- Extensive experience of working in a similar role, managing Payroll and Pension services
- Extensive and up to date knowledge of relevant payroll and pensions legislation including pensions auto-enrolment
- Experience running a large Payroll for a complex organisation
- Staff management experience
- Experience managing pensions
