People Partner/HR Project Lead
Our client is currently seeking a People Partner to join their team on an interim basis, see below for more details:
- £500 a day Outside IR35
- Long-term, interim assignment
- Predominantly remote with occasional onsite meetings
Responsibilities and Requirements
- To lead on the recruitment to a permanent Redesign structure, which is already in implementation stage
- Lead and ensure co-ordination of the vacancies to onboarding of successful candidates
- Produce adverts and co-ordinate shortlisting etc
- Source and process any agency/interim/consultant assignments
- To maintain the budget monitoring of agency interim spend with the Finance Manager
- To produce workstream update reports for Board and attend monthly Board meetings
- To deliver recruitment workshops as required (these have already been developed)
- To produce business cases as required and attend Workforce Review Board as required
- To work with other Heads of Service and the PMO function on all People and Organisation related matters including Learning and Development, Culture Change
