We are currently working with an award-winning Charity based in Central London to recruit for a People Recruitment Administrator
The successful post holder will aid in delivering a professional, efficient, and timely recruitment service for the Charity

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the full end to end recruitment process including planning recruitment campaigns, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling of interviews
- To ensure Recruitment Team are made aware of any issues surrounding the right to work, convictions disclosed in person or via Disclosure and Barring Service checks
- Work closely with and liaise with hiring managers and Recruitment Manager
- To ensure the HR system is updated throughout the recruitment and on boarding process
- Provide quarterly reports on leavers and monitor exit interview responses
Person Specification:
- High standard of both written and verbal communication, with the confidence to cold call employers, recruitment agencies and regulators
- Key knowledge and understanding of relevant British employment legislation
- Experience of safer recruitment and on-boarding new hires (Desirable)
- IT skills, including use of HR databases and creating reports (Desirable)
